Dayanand Shetty is an India film actor. He was born in 1969 in Katapadi, Udupi Karnataka, India. He is also known by his other names such as Dayanand Chandrashekhar Shetty, and Daya, and professions such as model, and businesman, etc. He started his film career with Diljale in 1996, and TV career with C.I.D. in 1998. After that, he played main role in several movies which includes Johnny Gaddar, Runway, Singham Returns, etc. In the TV industry, Dayanand Shetty has many shows which includes CID Special Bureau, Gutur Gu, Surya The Super Cop, Gutur Gu, Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, Adaalat – CID Viruddh Adaalat, CIF, etc.
